April is poetry month. Let's celebrate it in this interactive event with published and emerging poets.
Local published poets read their original works and favourites written by others. There will also be a few surprise participation poems. The audience is also welcome to read their poems (no longer than one side of a page please) to allow others to share their creations. Presented by the Hamilton Poetry Centre.

Taking its name from the historic Red Hill Creek area, the Red Hill Branch opened in February 1969. The Branch moved to its current location in the plaza in 1983. To meet the demands of the growing community, it was renovated in 2000.
