Learn how to research, create and share your stories of our city. Five weekly workshops feature: Introduction to Storytelling, Combining Fact and Fiction, Story and Song, Crafting a Story, and Performing Your Story. Workshops culminate with StoryJam, when attendees share the stories created in the workshops. Presented by Centre for Community Engaged Narrative Arts and multidisciplinary artist Lisa Pijuan-Nomura.

Taking its name from the historic Red Hill Creek area, the Red Hill Branch opened in February 1969. The Branch moved to its current location in the plaza in 1983. To meet the demands of the growing community, it was renovated in 2000.
