The practice of writing daily about your life experiences can help older adults thrive. Discover the benefits of journaling. In each session, participants are given writing prompts and the opportunity to read their work aloud. Participants are encouraged to take part in both sessions. Presented by Ellen Ryan, Professor Emeritus at McMaster University. After you register, an invitation with instructions on how to join the online group follows in your email.
