Sleep difficulties are common during times of stress, but can become chronic, leading to insomnia. This talk by St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton psychologists, Dr. Tyler Tulloch and Dr. Adrijana Krsmanovic, explain the difference between normal and problematic sleep.
