A virtual writing workshop about the use of urgency and suspense in fiction, led by Hamilton-based author and Writer-in-eResidence, Pasha Malla.

What makes stories go? What is suspense and how is it created?
Using published examples and video clips, this workshop will examine how writers might maintain reader curiosity and narrative energy in plot-driven fiction. Writer-in-eResidence Pasha Malla guides participants through strategies and techniques to help incorporate suspense and dramatic momentum in their work.
