In celebration of National Jazz Appreciation Month Michael Maguire performs at the Barton Branch. Michael Maguire creates musical magic on his seven-string guitar. Familiar melodies and jazz standards instantly become new creations under his fingers and through his voice. For the adept or casual listener, Michael's music is pure delight. Barton Branch
Opened in May 1908, Barton Branch was first in the Hamilton Public Library system. The Branch occupied several permanent and temporary locations over the next 50 years, before it moved to its present location in November 1963. Barton Branch was most recently renovated in 2011.
