Explore x-rays, dental care and more at the Teddy Bear Clinic.
Teddy Bear Clinics are an engaging activity for school-aged children aimed at alleviating anxiety around healthcare. Children role-play medical scenarios with plush teddy bears, such as taking an x-ray or visiting a fracture, dental and mental health clinic.
Bring a stuff toy or use one of the few teddy bears on hand.
For children in grades 1 to 3. Presented by medical students at McMaster University.
